CueBot PTZ Privacy Policy

CueBot PTZ is an independent iPhone and iPad app designed for local camera control workflows. The app does not require a user account and does not sell personal data.

Information we store

CueBot PTZ may store app settings locally on your device, including camera profiles, preset labels, camera IP addresses, preview preferences and app configuration choices.

This information is used to make the app work properly and to remember your camera setup between sessions.

Local network access

CueBot PTZ may request access to your local network so it can find and communicate with compatible cameras on the same network.

Local network access is used for camera discovery, camera control, preview routing and related app functions.

Camera and preview data

CueBot PTZ may display camera preview feeds when supported by your camera and network configuration.

Preview data is used inside the app for monitoring, framing and camera operation. CueBot PTZ does not sell camera preview data.

Beta applications and email updates

If you join the CueBot PTZ beta list, we may collect your name, email address, country or region, camera setup, device type and intended use case so we can manage beta access, communicate product updates and improve CueBot PTZ.

If you opt in to updates, we may email you about beta access, product news, launch information and related CueBot PTZ updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics and tracking technologies

We may use analytics and advertising technologies, including tracking pixels, to understand website performance, measure interest in CueBot PTZ and improve future marketing. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, button clicks, browser/device information and referral source. We do not intentionally send sensitive personal information through tracking pixels.

Data sharing

CueBot PTZ does not sell user data.

CueBot PTZ does not share your camera profiles, preset labels or local network camera details with advertisers.

Third-party technologies

CueBot PTZ may interact with third-party technologies such as OBSBOT cameras, NDI® preview workflows and QLab OSC workflows.

These third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
